Pascal Schmitt

Pascal Schmitt is a real estate investment professional with a background in multifamily acquisitions and asset management.

Prior to joining Catalyst Opportunity Funds, Pascal gained three years of multifamily acquisitions and asset management experience investing for Bridge Investment Group’s value-add and workforce & affordable housing funds. At Bridge, he was the lead Acquisitions Analyst of ~3,800 units with over $810mm of transaction volume and was the Asset Manager for a total of 10 properties representing ~5,500 units.

Pascal holds a B.A. in economics with a minor in finance from the University of Vermont.
