Pickle & Hide is an adaptive reuse of two historic buildings, Utah Pickle Company (1908) and Bissinger Hide (1917), into 132,000 SF of creative office and retail space. The project also includes the ground-up development of two multifamily housing structures, totaling 139 units, and a 177-unit parking garage.
