Mansion House is a redevelopment of an existing 415-unit workforce attainable multifamily building, constructed in 1965, in St. Louis, MO. In addition to preserving workforce attainable housing units, the project will redevelop 70,000 SF of ground floor commercial space to serve the surrounding community.

    • Preserve units as naturally occurring affordable housing at or below 80% of AMI

    • Utilize both Federal and State Historic Tax Credits as well as local real estate tax incentives to maintain long-term affordability

    • Partner with sustainability consultants to implement best practices during renovation to improve the environmental impact of the building
