Katie Seiffert

Katie is an experienced real estate investment professional with a background that includes institutional investment management, acquisitions, asset management, and development across all commercial real estate asset types.

Prior to joining Catalyst Opportunity Funds, Katie worked for a Fort Worth, Texas based developer on a $100 million portfolio of new construction and adaptive reuse projects from initial underwriting and acquisition through development and strategic asset management. Katie was responsible for financial modeling, debt and equity funding, and development budget management.

Katie also previously spent three years at Fortress Investment Group, most recently as a Vice President, working on equity and debt positions totaling $720 million and $550 million, respectively. Her experience at Fortress covered both stabilized and development assets and included over 3 million square feet of retail and office throughout the United States. She also spent time at L&B Realty Advisors working on a portfolio totaling $4.7 billion where she provided oversight of asset valuations, investor reporting and execution of investment strategy.

Katie holds a B.S in Finance from Oregon State University.
