Julio Estrada

Julio Estrada is an investment professional with a background that includes acquisitions, asset management, and development in both real estate and infrastructure assets.

Prior to joining Catalyst Opportunity Funds, Julio spent two years at CIM Group in Los Angeles, most recently as a Senior Associate focusing on the acquisition and asset management of both real estate and infrastructure opportunities. During his time at CIM, his responsibilities included managing and executing all aspects of the investment process including acquisition, development, leasing, stabilized operations, and disposition across numerous assets in various stages of the investment life cycle. Julio has a broad experience in underwriting multi-family, industrial, office, and retail opportunities for CIM’s real estate strategies; as well as renewable energy assets, renewable natural gas, and other renewable fuel opportunities for CIM’s infrastructure strategy across North & South America and Europe.

Before CIM, Julio spent two years in the Goldman Sachs Investment Banking Division as an analyst in the Natural Resources group.

Julio holds a B.S. in Business Management from Brigham Young University.
